A email leads to criminal contempt charges. Wayne County Sheriff’s say 29 year-old Angelo Iacuzza of Victor sent an email to his ex-girlfriend violating an order protection Iacuzza given an appearance ticket to show up in the Town Of Lyons court at a later time.
The Chairman of the Wayne County Republican Committee has allegedly been arrested on DWI charges. Wayne County Sheriff’s pulled over Daniel Olsen of Lyons Friday night. It is reported that it’s Olsen’s second DWI arrest in 3 years.
DWI Charges facing a Canandaigua woman. Ontario County Sheriff’s say
21 -year-old Monica C Jermyn was pulled over on Gibson St for failure to keep right. upon further investigation they determined that Ms. Jermyn was intoxicated. She will appear in Canandaigua Town Court to answer those charges.
Police have solved a Robbery at Bristol Mountain last week. Ontario County Sheriff’s arrested a Rochester man and charged him with stealing several snow boards from the Ski Resort. 27-year-old Joseph Pierce facing Grand Larceny Charges and will appear in South Bristol Town Court to answer those charges. Police recovered the stolen boards at Pierce’s residence.
Macedon Police have made an arrest of a Fairport man on forgery charges. Police say 41-year-old David Large was attempting to fill a forged prescription at Walmart Large was arraigned on Forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was sent to the Wayne County jail in lieu of bail.
Petit larceny charges facing a Macedon woman. Police say after an investigation in in Wayne,, Ontario and Monroe counties that 43-year-old Rhonda Lawton had taken items from Lowe’s and then tried to return them to the service desk for a refund. Lawton was also charged with Identity theft and resisting arrest.
A Canandaigua man charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Ontario County Sheriff’s say 22-year-old Andrew Joseph Cry II arrested in the parking lot of Tim Horton’s in Canandaigua. He will appear in The Town Of Canandaigua court to answer those charges.
Meanwhile Ontario County Sheriff’s also charged a 58-year-old Shortsville man with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police responded to a 9-1-1 call and then arrested Terry L Miller of Park Place in Shortsville. He will be in Manchester Town Court to answer those charges.
And it appears the flu season may coming to an end. U.S. health officials saying the number of states reporting intense or widespread illnesses dropped again last week prompting Officials to report that the worst of the flu season appears to be over.
The National Retail Federation predicts spending will be down a bit this year compared to last year. The NRF says the average person is planning to spend $130.97 on candy, cards, gifts and more. That’s up from $126.03 last year. Total spending will reach $18.6 billion.
