WACK News Update 02/18/13

You will find all post offices, banks, government offices & libraries are closed today to celebrate Presidents day. A lot of school off this week so less traffic on the commute and less school buses.

A Grand Larceny arrest in Palmyra. Wayne County sheriff’s say Ronald Desbrough of Ridgeway Street in Williamson allegedly took a debit card from another family members purse after a domestic disturbance  He will be in Sodus court to answer those charges.

A Waterloo man facing felony charges in Canandaigua. Ontario County Sheriff’s say 24-year-old Byron M. Cole had driven on a lawn on State Route 5. Police found him intoxicated and charged him with Felony DWI, & Operating a vehicle without an interlock device.

Petit larceny charges for a couple of Penn Yan woman. In two separate incidents It Ontario County Sheriff’s say Samantha Ellen Hansen Stole clothing from Walmart.

Also Melissa Marie Allison arrested for stealing clothing as well. Both woman will be in Geneva town Court again at a later time.

A Palmyra Woman arrested after a domestic dispute. 30 year-old Sarah M O’Brien charged with Criminal Mischief & Harassment in the third degree after she allegedly punched another family ember in the face.

Forgery in the 2nd degree for a Geneva man. Ontario County Sheriff’s say 41-year-old Donald Joeseph Lume allegedly forged a signature on a stolen credit card receipt at the Geneva Walmart.

Ontario County sheriff’s have arrested a Manchester man for theft of services. Police say Gregory Thomas Hasenaur was charged after he attempted to use the Bristol Mountain ski lifts without paying for them.

And, how about 8 yar-old Baylee Morrison of Macedon. She sang the National Anthem at a Buffalo Sabres game a few weeks ago and got plenty of attention. Well, now little Baylee had double duty yesterday. She sang   for a national audience during the Buffalo Sabres game and then sang again for the Rochester Americans.
